Refund policy

We currently do not offer returns. If your The Overflow Journal Journal or WERK Pen order arrived damaged, please send us an email with image proof at heyboo@worththewerk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily send you a replacement item if the damaged image is accepted. 

Outside of the terms listed above, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
